Orphaned at fourteen, a target of the Soviet KGB,
Joseph Edwardovich Richardson is absorbed into
the Pied Piper Project. Unbeknown to him, every
facet of his life is designed to create an intelligent,
physically honed individual, capable of carrying out
the dictates and missions of the CIA. But Eddie has
a mission of his own. The program has provided him
the talents and ability to carry it out, with a little help
from his friends and the project's foster family. The
